成熟度对‘红地球’葡萄氨基酸营养价值的影响

【目的】探明不同成熟度对‘红地球’葡萄氨基酸营养价值的影响。【方法】以不同成熟度(盛花期后88~123 d)的‘红地球’葡萄为试材,测定果实氨基酸含量。同时,以鸡蛋蛋白质为标准蛋白,WHO/FAO氨基酸参考模式为评价标准,进行氨基酸营养价值评估。【结果】‘红地球’葡萄至少包含18种氨基酸,包括8种必需氨基酸、2种儿童必需氨基酸。氨基酸含量随着采摘期变化而变化,其中必需氨基酸、非必需氨基酸、儿童必需氨基酸、药用氨基酸、支链氨基酸、增香与着色氨基酸、伯胺基氨基酸、特殊功效氨基酸含量(w,后同)分别为557.3~659.7、1 176.3~1 690.8、326.8~703.8、1 130.0~1 644.1、231.7~285.3、926.1~1 404.8、1 126.0~1 609.0、1 032.9~1 510.7 mg·kg^-1,组间差异显著(p <0.05),在完全成熟期Ⅰ达到峰值;精氨酸、天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸等风味氨基酸含量与其味觉阈值的比值分别介于2.62~6.31、4.50~5.47和4.64~6.09,随着采摘期的延长呈先升后降变化趋势。氨基酸评分、化学评分和氨基酸比值系数分依次为11.33~14.07、18.32~4.43、49.70~57.04。苯丙氨酸等8种氨基酸含量相对不足,赖氨酸和苏氨酸含量相对过剩。【结论】不同成熟度对‘红地球’葡萄氨基酸含量及其营养价值影响显著。     

THE ARC-LENGTH METHOD OF SECANT RIGIDITY IN FRAME ANALYSIS

The secant rigidity is used for the are-length method to solve the nonlinear finite elements problems. The advantage of this method is unnecessary of calculating the initial resistance term caused by the incremental step. The computational work is less and the programing is easier as compared with initial are-length method. This method can be widely used to solve nonlinear problems.     

Study on Synthesis of High Quality Lactide

Polylactide,a biodegradable polymer, is an important biomedical meaterial. The synthesis of lactide from lactic acid is the key dimer of polylactide,unevitably affacting the polymerized process and the quality. Present work improves synthesis process of lactide. The synthesized factors are discussed, the reactive time is shortened and the quality of resultant is also raised.     

A Study on the Mathematical Models for Two Dimensional Guillotine Cullting-stock

Based on the analysis and study on some existed models for two-dimensional Guillotine Cutting-Stock problem, it is pointed out that some kinds of the models may miss some good cutting patterns,and some may result in inadequate solutions because of only considering the patterns with the smallest waste. A kind of revised two-dimensional cutting-stock models are developed,which transform the two-dimensional problem into the one-dimensional one using the dimension-decreasing heuristic method and whose initial patterns are considered comprehensively. In this kind of models, not only the least waste,but also the other constraints,such as the demands and the relative area of the order plates are considered.     

Energy Assessement for Procedure Rationality of Recycling Materials from Wastes

The mathematical relationship for assessing total energy consumption within a material life cycle is presented in this paper. According to the relationship,the procedure rationality of recycling waste may be assessed quantitatively.     

A New Adaptive Sequential Diagnosis Algorithm in the PMC Model

We present an adaptive algorithm for sequential diagnosis in the PMC model,which can directly identify a faulty processor without first identifying a fault-free processor.     

Studies on the Oxidation of Weathered Coal with Nitric Acid

A raseach has been done on the possibility of producing nitriochumic acid fromweathered coal of Nantong,Sichuan,oxidised by nithic acid.The optimun reacting conditions,whichare found through the way of orthogonal experiment,are suggested as follows:concentration ofHON3 35%,rate of HON3 to coal 3.5,reacting take 15 min,and reaction temperature 369 K. Thecomposition of product is Wf 2. 91 %;Ag 14.06%;HAg 78.28%;Ng 1.62%.     

The Software Implementation of Neural Network Fuzzy Inference Cooperation System

This poper sets up a new Neural Network Fuzzy inference Cooperation system which is based on fuzzy inference principle in Expert Systems,take advantage of the powerful learning function, the little sensitivity to input layer's samples,and the fast convergence and so on in FCBP and take advantage of the good sort property and good suit property to fuzzy value in MFART Network.
